Sautee
- broccoli
- onions
- celery
- garlic
- ginger
- olive oil
cook together, add water, and puree to make a soup, seasoned with
- Spanish smoked paprika
- butter
- red curry paste
- coconut puree
Bloom the curry paste in the butter, add the puree, then add to the soup.
Cook together to make a chile oil, which is drizzled on top to serve:
- serrano chilies
- canola oil
