Ingredients
- 1 Cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 8 oz low fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- ground pepper
Method
- Boil spinach and artichoke in a cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat. About 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Heat cream cheese in the microwave on high 1 minute.
- Mix together.
