Cook lots of sliced mixed mushrooms in some oil with some garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Cool and add to a food processor with a little more oil and some sun-dried tomatoes. Pulse until smooth.
Serve with crostini, bruschetta, bagels/bagel chips, pita/pita chips, etc.
