Ingredients
  • 2 15oz cans chickpeas
  • 1/2 large onion, diced
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • yellow curry powder OR masala paste
Method
  1. Saute onions in oil until translucent
  2. Add spice powder or paste
  3. Mix in chickpeas and tomatoes
  4. Simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Salt to taste.
