Ingredients
- 2 15oz cans chickpeas
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- yellow curry powder OR masala paste
Method
- Saute onions in oil until translucent
- Add spice powder or paste
- Mix in chickpeas and tomatoes
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Salt to taste.
