Ingredients
- 2 15oz cans of cannelini beans
- 4 Tbl or to taste red curry paste
- 1 cup basil leaves, torn (I'd probably use Thal basil)
Technique
Heat the white beans and the curry paste in a small saucepan. When hot, add the basil.
Notes: originally served under chicken cutlets coated in chopped rice noodles and fried in 1 inch of oil until the noodles puff.
