- 1 lb green beans, trimmed and steamed
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
dressing:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup crumbed feta
- 1 TBS lemon juice or red wine vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 TBS chopped basil for garnish
Arrange green beans on a serving plate and scatter most of the red onion slices over the surface. Whisk together the dressing ingredients and dollop over the salad. Garnish with the reserved onion slices and basil.
