Ingredients
- 1 15oz can black beans, drained
- 1/2 medium onion
- cumin
- butter or olive oil
- cilantro, finely chopped
Method
- Sweat the onion in butter or oil. When translucent, Stir in quite a bit of cumin
- Stir in the beans. Mash slightly.
- Simmer, adding a little water or broth if needed to keep from sticking.
- 1-2 minutes before serving, mix in chopped cilantro.
