- 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 cups soy milk
- 1 clove garlic, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS flour
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp stone-ground mustard
Puree in a blender, and heat in a saute' pan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened. Pour over veggies like fresh steamed broccoli.
