recipes:sauces:vegan_cheese_sauce
  • 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 1 clove garlic, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp stone-ground mustard

Puree in a blender, and heat in a saute' pan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until thickened. Pour over veggies like fresh steamed broccoli.
