Ingredients
- Ketchup
- Honey
- Chicago Steak Seasoning (Penzey's)
- Bacon Salt (Hickory if you have it, otherwise regular)
- Chipotle Chile Powder
- Worcestershire Sauce
Method
Stir. Taste. Adjust, and re-adjust as needed. The idea is that it should be sweet, smoky, and a little bit hot.
Notes
Invented for Eliz's meatloaf when there was no commercial BBQ sauce in the house.
