- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 white onion, sliced thin
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn in pieces by hand
- 6 to 8 radishes, sliced thin
Toss together the ingredients in a bowl and place into the refrigerator to chill.
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Pour the olive oil, vinegar, and lime juice into a blender, then add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Just before serving, add the dressing a little at a time while you toss the salad. Add just enough to cover the salad - more or less to your own taste.
