Picadillo -- empanada filling
Ingredients
- Ground beef
- caramelized onion
- chopped olives (black or green)
- garlic salt
- garlic
- chipotle
- chopped tomatoes (canned is fine)
- salt
- chives
- green sauce
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef. You can add spices, aromatics and chopped tomatoes during the browning. 2. Cool until warm. 3. Add green sauce, mix thoroughly.
