- 3 lbs Ground Beef
- 4 tsp Garlic minced
- 16 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 3 tsp Ginger Paste
- 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1-3 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup Green Onions chopped
serve with
- 8 cups Cauliflower Rice
Instructions
- Add the ground beef and mushrooms to a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove and cook until browned completely and the mushrooms are softened. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in the minced garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, ginger paste, brown sugar substitute, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the meat mixture and saute a few minutes longer.
- Top with the chopped green onions and serve over cauliflower rice.
