#ginger cured beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless top round, sliced 1/8 thick across grain (try Korean sliced beef)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp peeled, finely chopped ginger
- 2 tsp salt
Method
- Combine in bowl
- Lay on rack, place in warm spot to cure 8-24 hours
- meat will dry out, turn purplish-red
- cook on stovetop, grill or broil
- serve warm or at room temp
