- CostCo steak strips, sliced against the grain (cut into 3-6 inch lengths, then crosswise)
- onions, cut into thick ring-slices
- peppers, cut into strips

- oil
- garlic
- onion powder
- cumin
- black pepper
- ketchup
Method:
0. preheat broiler 1. broil meat until black spots begin to appear, flip, wait for good browning 2. heat and oil griddle 3. salt the vegetables and carefully burn the peppers and onions on the griddle
Serve with white sauce or ranch, salsa, tortillas, salad, whatever
