Mom's Beef Burgundy

In a very large (8 qt+) pot mix:

  • 4-5 lbs cubed beef
  • baby carrots or sliced carrots
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1-2 large onions, chopped

In a bowl, mix:

  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 pkgs onion soup mix
  • 2 c burgundy wine
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 3-4 T Kitchen Bouquet
  • bay leaves
  • basil
  • thyme
  • rosemary

pour over beef & veggies, cover and bake at 350 for 3-3.5 hours.
