Mom's Beef Burgundy
In a very large (8 qt+) pot mix:
- 4-5 lbs cubed beef
- baby carrots or sliced carrots
- sliced mushrooms
- 1-2 large onions, chopped
In a bowl, mix:
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 3 pkgs onion soup mix
- 2 c burgundy wine
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3-4 T Kitchen Bouquet
- bay leaves
- basil
- thyme
- rosemary
pour over beef & veggies, cover and bake at 350 for 3-3.5 hours.
