- Brown Italian sausage,
- add 4 oz cream cheese,
- put 6 slices provolone or mozzarella down,
- bake the cheese at 350 for 5mins,
- spoon the sausage mix in the center and cover each slice with a top slice and
- repeat the 350 for 5mins then broil for 45 seconds and then top with your favorite toppings like pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and parmesan.
