 +  - Grab a whole head of cauliflower and wash well and dry.
 +  - Roughly cut the cauliflower into florets. Nothing needs to be really exact, just enough to get it inside the processor.
 +  - Take out a food processor and throw in your cauliflower florets.
 +  - Pulse until they are into small snowflake sizes. Don’t over do it, 5-6 seconds is generally all it takes
