Green Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach
- 1½ cups ice
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ avocado, pitted and chopped
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup sweetener
net 3.5g carbs
Green Lucky Charms
- 1 1/4 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 cups of spinach
- half of an avocado
- 1 tbs of roasted flax seeds *they must be roasted for this recipe
- 4-5 drops of vanilla stevia (be careful - may be too sweet)
net 4 g carbs
Red Velvet
- 2 cups coconut milk, almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 cups of ice cubes
- ½ avocado
- ½ small beet (cooked if you don't have a strong blender)
- 3 tbsp of cocoa or cacao powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 18 drops stevia or 2 tbsp of granular sweetener of choice

Strawberry Crunch
- unsweetened almond milk
- strawberries
- almonds
- cinnamon
- chia seeds, flax seeds, or protein powder

- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (Plain, full fat)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup ice

- 1 peach, pitted
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup milk of your choice

- ½ frozen peeled avocado
- 1 green pear
- 1 cup fresh spinach

- ½ lemon, juice squeezed into the blender

- 1 peeled grapefruit
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 small handful parsley
- 1 small chunk of ginger
- 1 green apple
- 1/4 frozen banana or half an avocado
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3-4 ice cubes

- 1½ cup almond milk
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or powder
- scoop of protein powder
Apple Pie
- apple
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk or another milk of your choice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 5 drops vanilla stevia
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 scoop vanilla whey powder or a dairy free option
- 1/2 cup ice ~ Optional
Strawberry Cheesecake
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 ounces of cream cheese
- ½ cup strawberries
- 4 tablespoons sweetener
- 1 cup of ice cubes (2 handfuls)
- ¼ cup Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Cinnamon Roll
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 teaspoons sweetener
- 1 teaspoon flaxmeal
- 1 cup ice

Coconut Mocha
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 packet instant coffee (about 2 tsp)
- ½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 drop of coconut extract
- sweetener
net 3g carbs; can make more like a frappuccino by freezing in a flat pan and scraping every hour or so until it's all frozen, then blend
Almond Joy Frappe
- 1½ cups coffee, frozen
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ¼ cup non-fat milk
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. coconut extract
- ⅛ tsp. almond extract
- 1 packet stevia (3.5oz)
- ½ tsp. chocolate syrup
- ½ tsp. non-free milk
- 2 tbsp, fat free whip cream
- 1 sprinkle sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a blender at coffee, coconut milk, non-fat milk, cocoa powder, coconut extract, almond extract and stevia. Process until smooth.
- Meanwhile, in a tiny bowl add chocolate syrup and milk and whisk together till combined. Set aside.
- Pour into a coffee mixture into a cup and top with whip cream, shredded coconut and chocolate mixture.
