* 1 cup slightly warm strong coffee (23C - 25C / 73.4F - 77F) (240ml/8.1oz) * 2 Eggs (lightly beaten) * 1/2 cup of Oat Fiber (41g/1.45oz) * 2/3 cup of Flaxseed Meal (70g/2.46oz) * 1.25 cups of Vital Wheat Gluten (190g/6.7oz) * 1 teaspoon Salt (6g / 0.21oz) – spread evenly * 2 Tablespoons powdered Sweetener (30g/1oz) * 1 teaspoon Honey (7g/0.25oz) – spread evenly * 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (2.5g/0.088oz) – spread out evenly * 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (10g/0.35oz) * 2 Tablespoons Butter (30g/1.05oz) * 1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast (8g/0.28oz) * 1 Tblspn Caraway& 1 Tblspn Dill Seeds

Bread machine method:

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Salt, sweetener, honey, xanthan gum, coca powder, and butter should be evenly distributed around the edges.
  3. Make a dent in the middle of the pile for the yeast.
  4. Sprinkle the seeds on top.
