- 1/2 cup of Oat Fiber (41g/1.45oz)
- 2/3 cup of Flaxseed Meal (70g/2.46oz)
- 1.25 cups of Vital Wheat Gluten (190g/6.7oz)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (6g / 0.21oz) – spread evenly
- 2 Tblsp powdered Sweetener (30g/1oz)
- 1 teaspoon Honey (7g/0.25oz) – spread evenly
- 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum (2.5g/0.088oz) – spread out evenly
- 2 Tblsp Cocoa Powder (10g/0.35oz)
- 2 Tblsp Butter (30g/1.05oz)
- 1 Tblsp Active Dry Yeast (8g/0.28oz)
- 1 Tbsp Caraway
- 1 Tbsp Dill Seeds
Bread machine method:
- Add ingredients in the order listed.
- Salt, sweetener, honey, xanthan gum, coca powder, and butter should be evenly distributed around the edges.
- Make a dent in the middle of the pile for the yeast.
- Sprinkle the seeds on top.
