Ingredients
- 1 medium green cabbage, quartered and very thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Technique
- In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage and carrot.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, syrup, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to overnight before serving.
