Ingredients
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp peeled and minced fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 6 cups collard greens, 1/2“ strips
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Saute ginger, garlic, salt in oil until brown.
- add maple syrup, 1 more minute
- add collards and soy
- cook
- transfer to bowl, add lemon juice
Notes

Can use any greens, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
