Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp peeled and minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 6 cups collard greens, 1/2“ strips
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
  1. Saute ginger, garlic, salt in oil until brown.
  2. add maple syrup, 1 more minute
  3. add collards and soy
  4. cook
  5. transfer to bowl, add lemon juice

Notes

Can use any greens, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
