All measurements approximate
- 1 large or two small roasted beets, peeled
- 4 T walnuts (try toasting them next time)
- 1 slice robust white bread or 1 small boiled potato
- 6 T olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 T red wine vinegar (try champagne next time)
- salt to taste (~1/2 t)
Zoom in blender or food processor until spoonable with a pita chip or something similar. Nom enthusiastically.
