Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen spinach
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt pepper nutmeg cayenne
Method
- Cook spinach, squeeze out liquid.
- Make a roux
- Add cream, stir until thickened, add everything else.
- Cook 2-4 minutes, serve hot.
