Use a dip for chicken, on bread, on a hot dog, whatever you like!
Ingredients
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs white vinegar
- 1/2 cup sour orange juice (sub with 2 parts orange juice to 1 part lime juice and 1 part lemon juice)
- salt and pepper to taste
Place the garlic, olive oil, and vinegar in a food processor and process until you have a smooth, white paste. Continue blending and gradually add the sour orange juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
