Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup smoked paprika
- 1/3 cup Splenda or sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons salt
- 4 teaspoons ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander seed
- 2 teaspoons powdered ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup broth – whatever works with your meat
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar – rice, cider or white are all good
- hot sauce to taste
Mix dry ingredients first, then broth, Worcestershire and vinegar. Taste and adjust.
This makes enough sauce to marinate 6 lbs of chicken.
