  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS plus 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 TBS white vinegar
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  1. Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar.
  2. Mix all well in a blender.
  3. Keep refrigerated, tightly covered.

Use in 2 weeks and do not freeze.

Makes: 1 cup
