- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBS plus 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 TBS white vinegar
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar.
- Mix all well in a blender.
- Keep refrigerated, tightly covered.
Use in 2 weeks and do not freeze.
Makes: 1 cup
