Ingredients:
- 3 sticks of butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups Parmeggiano, grated
Method:
- Saute garlic in butter 5 minutes.
- Whisk in the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Simmer for a while.
