Notes
From Yerardi's Restaurant in Newton, MA in 2008; written on the back of a table check the day before it closed. The Yerardis wanted to spend more time with their kids, and who could blame them? We went to their place for special occasions, for anniversaries and for our wedding rehearsal dinner, but mostly for their salad (mesclun greens, sliced onion, tomato) and the dressing described above. It was so good we sopped up any remains with the scali from the bread basket. Our favorite regular items were the veal marsala and the chicken-broccoli-ziti in garlic sauce.
