- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Blend in a food processor. (I do the ginger and onions first so they get finely chopped.) Makes 1 1/2 cups.
