Ingredients
- rice wine vinegar
- lime juice
- Dijon mustard
- honey
- minced scallions
- ginger
- garlic
- soy sauce
- ground coriander
- peanuts, toasted and chopped for topping
Served over a mix of greens with cucumber, red peppers, shitake mushrooms that have been sauted and julienned, with chiffonade of mint and cilantro.
