Corned beef radish hash

  • Corned beef
  • Onions
  • Radishes
  • Powdered onion
  • Powdered garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

  1. Spend an afternoon cooking the corned beef if you haven't already. Cut up the corned beef and then run it through the blender. It probably helps if the beef has been refrigerated after cooking.
  2. Cut onions and radishes to a 1/4“ dice.
  3. Saute onions and radishes in oil until the onions go translucent. Adding salt now can help that.
  4. Dump in the pulverized corned beef and reduce the water content. Add garlic and onion powder. Stirring helps.
  5. Once the major steaming has stopped, give everything a good flip, turn up the heat and go for crispy bits. Taste, salt and pepper, you know the drill.

Inspired by a random internet saying “radishes instead of potatoes in CBH”, but otherwise an original recipe.
