  • 7.5 cups Flour
  • a good shake of Yeast
  • 4 tsps Salt (not kidding)
  • 3.5 - 4 cups Water
  • Extra Flour and Capital Letters for Later
  1. Put dry ingredients in big bowl.
  2. Add water.
  3. Stir until it's all incorporated, about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Allow to rise about overnight (start this recipe after dinner the night before)

Decorate pizzas, bake at 500F for 7 min on sheet, then 3 min on rack to crisp the bottom. Best at about dinner plate size.

Inspired by Jim Lahey's no knead dough.
