- 7.5 cups Flour
- a good shake of Yeast
- 4 tsps Salt (not kidding)
- 3.5 - 4 cups Water
- Extra Flour and Capital Letters for Later
- Put dry ingredients in big bowl.
- Add water.
- Stir until it's all incorporated, about 30-45 seconds.
- Allow to rise about overnight (start this recipe after dinner the night before)
Decorate pizzas, bake at 500F for 7 min on sheet, then 3 min on rack to crisp the bottom. Best at about dinner plate size.
