High concept: A gurdsn Scout, here to explore and defend and help civilize this new world.

Problem: Gray Sky doesn't know who they really are yet. They are looking to discover themself. Society doesn't know what to do with them, either.

Gray Sky Before A Big Storm In The Eastern Mountains is, physically, a pretty normal young adult gurdsn male, Two meters tall, 300 Kg, short dark brown fur with gold-brown rosettes. Their people don't use gendered pronouns unless the context is important (i.e. romantic, sexual, or introductions). In this stage of their life, they are a Scout.

Equipment:

• Stick: basically unbreakable. 7 feet long, an inch-and-a-half thick, with a grip and a lanyard in the middle. Inflicts SDC against normal opponents and MDC against MD opponents.

• Pack: a more or less unbreakable, waterproof backpack that will hold about 70 liters of stuff, with several grommeted tabs that can be used to connect other things that are more breakable on both the inside and outside.

• Bracer: an engraved leather bracer that can produce magic MD armor on demand for a fair length of time. No environmental features, no encumbrance.

• Knife: an all-purpose magic knife not quite the length of Grey's forearm, useful for camping and cooking and if necessary attaching to the end of the stick to make a megadamage glaive.

• Collar: a magic collar that improves smell, sight and hearing in all directions. Advanced versions of these include communications, mapping, and other tactical coordination enhancements, not relevant unless there are other collars in range.
