1. Heat the pressure cooker on “saute”.
  2. Dice a medium onion and saute in the pressure cooker with a little oil and some chopped garlic.
  3. Add 2 cups of lentils and 4 cups of water.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Add about a quart of veg broth.
  6. Add a little soy sauce, some sherry, cumin, coriander, celery salt, Bacon Salt, and Patak's Mild Curry paste.
  7. Simmer and serve.
