Ingredients
1 Cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chopped spinach
8 oz low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
ground pepper
Method
Boil spinach and artichoke in a cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat. About 10 minutes or until tender. Drain.
Heat cream cheese in the microwave on high 1 minute.
Mix together.
