wash and soak rice for 30 min
heat oil and saute cloves, cinnamon, bay, cardamom, cumin seeds until crackling
add onions, saute until translucent
stir in ginger paste, chili powder, all veggies, white pepper, salt. Cook 3-4 min.
drain rice, stir in with 2 cups water
bring to boil, cover, lower heat, cook until rice is almost done
sprinkle all garnishes
cover and put on low heat for 15 min.
