Mushroom Ragout

Ingredients:

- 1 lb mixed mushrooms, chopped or sliced.

- 2 shallots, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp butter

- 1/2 cup white wine

Method:

1. Sautee shallots until tender.

2. Add garlic and mushrooms, salt and pepper.

3. Cook 10 minutes on medium heat.

4. Add wine and cook down.
