Ingredients
2 15oz cans chickpeas
1/2 large onion, diced
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil or ghee
1 can diced tomatoes
yellow curry powder OR masala paste
Method
Saute onions in oil until translucent
Add spice powder or paste
Mix in chickpeas and tomatoes
Simmer for a few minutes.
Salt to taste.
