Heat oil in a pan. Bloom the garlic, ginger, coriander seeds, cumin, and curry powder. Add chopped onions. When the onions are mostly done, add butter. When it's melted, add washed and chopped greens. Sprinkle with salt and coconut powder and cook until wilted.
