1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBS plus 2 tsp prepared horseradish
1 TBS white vinegar
4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar.
Mix all well in a blender.
Keep refrigerated, tightly covered.
Use in 2 weeks and do not freeze.
Makes: 1 cup
