4 large apples, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon agavé syrup
1 green chili pepper, chopped fine
pinch of salt
6 cups torn leaf lettuce or whole romaine leaves
Mix lime juice, agavé, chili and salt in a bowl.
Cut apples, add to bowl and toss to coat.
Serve over a bed of lettuce.
