1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp chopped ginger
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Blend in a food processor. (I do the ginger and onions first so they
get finely chopped.) Makes 1 1/2 cups.
