Ingredients
olive oil, 2 parts
red wine vinegar, 3 parts
ground sumac, 1 tbsp per cup or so
lemon juice, 2 tbsp per cup or so
salt
pepper
sugar or sucralose, small amount (1 packet sucralose for a pint of dressing)
Method
Whisk all together.
Adjust salt, pepper, sweetener.
