1/4 c sesame seeds
4 cups seeded and sliced cucumber, 1/8“ thick (~2 lg cukes)
2 TBS thinly sliced green onions
1 TBS minced red onion
1 sheet nori, zested or finely grated
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 TBS brown rice vinegar
Toast the sesame seeds in a pan or in the oven.
Combine all ingredients, mix well and serve.
