1. Heat the oven to 160C or 320F
  2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs into fluffiness, then add sugar substitute and mix again.
  3. Add Cream Cheese and all of the liquid ingredients and mix again
  4. Add dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  5. Mix dry into wet and make sure it's smooth
  6. Pour into two loaf pans
  7. Bake for 45 Min
