1. Put dry ingredients in big bowl.
  2. Add water.
  3. Stir until it's all incorporated, about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Allow to rise about overnight (start this recipe after dinner the night before)

Decorate pizzas, bake at 500F for 7 min on sheet, then 3 min on rack to crisp the bottom. Best at about dinner plate size.
