- Heat the pressure cooker on "saute". - Dice a medium onion and saute in the pressure cooker with a little oil and some chopped garlic. - Add 2 cups of lentils and 4 cups of water. - Cook for 8 minutes. - Add about a quart of veg broth. - Add a little soy sauce, some sherry, cumin, coriander, celery salt, Bacon Salt, and Patak's Mild Curry paste. - Simmer and serve. tags: vegetarian, vegan, pareve, Jim-favorite
