Gradually whisk in vinegar and orange juice. Place over medium-high heat; bring to a boil, stirring; cook, 2 to 3 minutes, until sauce is thick and bubbly. - Add beets; stir in orange juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Season.
