  * 10 oz frozen spinach
  * 2 tbsp butter
  * 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  * 1/2 cup heavy cream
  * salt pepper nutmeg cayenne

==Method==

  - Cook spinach, squeeze out liquid.
  - Make a roux
  - Add cream, stir until thickened, add everything else.
